This page is created to provide new customers with information on how to use the Pterodactyl control panel. You can use this page after you have placed your order or this page can give you an insight on the software we use to host our servers. We will provide you with the basics on how to login and how to use the control panel.
How to login
After your order you will recieve an email with the details of you login. These details can be used to access the control panel of your server. You will also be able to see what servers you own. The button below will redirect you to the control panel page.
Owned Servers
When you are logged in you will see all the servers you own. By clicking on the server itself you will be redirected to your control panel.
The video below show a brief overview of the control panel. It shows what functions you will be able to use inside your control panel. If you ever experience issues with using it, don’t be afraid to use the helpdesk and create a ticket.
